How about blocking apps on which you’re addicted mostly, disconnecting the data connection to stop you from accessing Facebook and blocking calls from a particular contact that use to waste your time?
This app got features for all questions mentioned above. The concept of the app is pretty simple and so it’s UI. Once you block a particular contact then you’ll not receive calls from that while you working.
It also got feature of To-Do List where you can put on all the work you need to do.
When you try to access blocked features on my smartphone then the app will either give you a popup with related information or can even vibrate or ring alarm.
The best feature in the app is that you can keep Sunday or holidays off from the app calendar and on that day the app will automatically remove all the blocks.

This is another free app that will help you to increase your focus on your work and will destruct from using smartphone. The concept of the app is very simple. It’ll check you randomly after every 15-20 minutes whether you’re doing work or not.
It happens many times that we’ve to do some work but forget after few minutes. This app is made to solve that problem in a much simple way.
Note – this app will only work if you’re doing work seriously. If you don’t have enough dedication then app isn’t useful.
Activity Timer – Productivity
This is the third app that I’ll recommend you but it’s not free. The app got a clock on which you can set the time for a particular work or activity. Like you can add 8 hours on the clock for your work, once 8 hours are over then the app will remind you of that.
You can add your own work or can use from some preset works as well. The concept is different from above two apps and it’s good enough to keep us dedicated towards our work or any activity.
The only thing I didn’t liked about this app is that I need to swipe for eight times to set the work hour of 8 hours but other features are impressive.
