To offer the successor to Honor 3C smartphone, Huawei Honor 4C has been introduced. The new smartphone is going to replace the one released in 2014. The device is said to be available only in the home market i.e. China during initial weeks, and then it will be shipped to the rest of the global markets where the brand does the business.
The all new Huawei Honor 4C is still running Android 4.4 KitKat OS based EM UI 3.0, which is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 620 chipset having an octa-core CPU which is clocked at 1.2GHz. 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage are in there along with a storage expansion option.
One more variant of the device will be available that is going to run on Snapdragon 615 octa-core CPU while keeping the storage part and other specs same. 2,550mAh battery is going to be the main power source.
Coming at the camera, 13MP f/2.0 lens is at the back while the selfie spot holds a 5MP lens. The front camera is said to have 22mm wide-angle lens. Rear LED flash, autofocus, face detection, touch focus and HDR are all common.
3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth are in there along with accelerometer, proximity and compass sensors. The device also features compatibility for few LTE bands in China, thus offering 4G connectivity in the country.
Pricing starts at 799 yuan (converting to $129) and the phone will be available in black, white, pink, gold and blue color options.
