Thy branded it the Note Killer, and the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note definitely seems to be living up to the branding, at least from the outside as far as the specifications go. The phone is the successor to the hugely popular, K3 Note, a device that Lenovo sold more than 1.2 million times in about six months of its lifespan. The K4 Note kind of picks up from where the K3 Note had left off and brings top of the line specifications in a very reasonable budget to the consumers. The phone will remain an online exclusive product, just like the Lenovo Vibe K3 Note was, but the twist is that it would be available via Amazon India and not Flipkart. The flash sale begins from January 13th and the registrations for the same will go live from today at 3 PM.
The phone will be launched with TheatreMax, which basically gives you an in theatre feel and experience, using Virtual Reality headset. What the feature does is, that it converts any content that you may have into content that can be viewed via the virtual reality headset.
The phone weighs 158 grams and has a polycarbonate body. The front of the device is dominated by a 5.5 inch full HD display giving it a PPI of 441. The display is protected by a Gorilla Glass 3 so you can be a little careless with it. Powering the K4 Note is a MediaTek 6753 chipset and 3 GB of RAM. There are Dolby Atmos Surround Sound speakers on the front of the device giving you an immersive audio experience. There is 16 GB internal memory, and you have a Micro SD slot for further expansion. The rear camera is a f/2.2 13 MP sensor while the front shooter is 5 MP. The battery on board is 3300 mAh unit. The phone will run Android 5.1 out of the box.
The phone has slots for Dual Micro SIM cards in there and support for LTE too. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, FM Radio and A-GPS. The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is available for a price of Rs 11,999. The VR headset will be sold separately by Lenovo.
