In the month of June 2012, LG said that they will not dive into tablet manufacturing and will just focus on smartphone section but now according to a recently released video teaser it seems like LG wasn’t confident on their earlier decision.
The video of which I was talking above is released officially by LG and it says that how a tablet should actually be. The video contains interview with lots of people and they all were sharing how their tablet should work or look like.
At the end of the video, LG G Pad 8.3 name was there with “Just Right For You” which simply point towards upcoming LG tablet. You can watch the video down here,
LG G Pad 8.3 Specifications (Rumors)
If I go along the video then it seems like LG has done some serious home work with this upcoming G tablet. It’s going to be thin and light in weight and these two features are definitely going to help the tablet to compete with other available tablets in the market.
LG is definitely going to use the Snapdragon (quad core) 600 or 800 chipset in the G Pad 8.3 and the clock speed is going to be at least 2GHz. The storage department will see 2GB of RAM and the internal storage would be at least 16GB.
LG may introduce different variants of G Pad 8.3 depending upon internal storage just like iPad because it’s going to be thin which will leave no space for microSD card slot but the actual reality will be known once it get officially announced.
The display size is confirmed by the name of the device i.e. 8.3 inch which will be having full HD resolution for sure and if it doesn’t have that then LG should stop doing day dreaming about success for this device.
Just like recently released Z Ultra from Sony, LG G Pad 8.3 display will respond to any touching stick like pencil or pen and off course your finger. LG might put stylus as well that will be stucked somewhere in the exterior of the tablet.
The faster LTE is also expected to be the part of G Pad 8.3 along with all traditional tablet’s wireless data connectivity features. According to the hint pointed in video, the tablet will be able to hook up to a smart TV.
LG G Pad 8.3 Launch

Till now it’s expected that LG will tease more videos and inch slowly towards launching of their ambitious tablet. Stay tuned for more updates!
