After the Moto X, Motorola has launched Moto G in the US market and it will be soon arriving in more countries around the globe. Motorola took out their interest from Indian mobile phone market earlier but now it’s almost confirmed that the brand has planned its coming back.
It’s hardly a secret that Motorola is coming to India with its Moto G which isn’t a high end smartphone like Galaxy S4 or iPhone or any other.
While manufacturing Moto G, Motorola had kept a target of developing a better smartphone with better design instead of simply going for the high end hardware.
Motorola is not keeping its eye on high priced smartphones section instead they want to offer a better smartphone at a lower price. There are already many smartphones available at lower price section but most of them are failed to provide a better experience. Micromax, XOLO and even Samsung had launched their phones in this category.
Following are the problems faced in all those entry level Android smartphones,
- Poor or not so unique design.
- Very poor battery life.
- Software issues.
- Lower RAM storage which stops device from supporting many popular apps like Subway Surfers.
You can easily find many people looking for better smartphones within price tag of 15k INR. Although they are able to buy an Android smartphone easily in this price range but most of them are starving for better user experience, overall.
Now as Motorola is entering this section with Moto G so you can expect a better smartphone which is worth of each penny spent on it.

Moto G Pre-Review
Moto G is expected to be available in two variants, one with single SIM card and other with Dual SIM cards support.
Moto G is carrying identical design as of Moto X which clearly means that the design part is extremely good. You’ll rarely find any other device in its price range with such better design.
Another best feature of Moto G is that it got pure stock version of Android OS and it had already received update for Android KitKat (latest and best Android version).
The display supports HD resolution which clearly makes a difference in quality. It also got GPS feature which you won’t find in most of the entry level Android smartphones.
As it is already launched in the US market so we are already aware of the battery life it provides. According to the review done by The Verge, Moto G lasts easily for one day. This feature is really awesome as all other entry level or lower end smartphones are not able to provide this level of battery life.
The only thing which Indian users will miss out in Moto G is the slot for microSD card as the storage is not expandable.
Moto G will be available with black colored front panel and back panel in 7 different color options. Users will be allowed to choose their favorite rear color out of 7 different options.
Moto G Indian Launch
Till 2013, Motorola stated that Moto G will be coming to Indian in the starting of January 2014 but recently the launch of Moto G in India has postponed to unknown date but it’s confirmed that it will be coming this month.
People who are already aware how better Moto G is are waiting eagerly for it. If the marketing campaign of Moto G runs successful then more users will come to know how better this phone is over others.
