With the Galaxy Alpha already official in the market, the other big launch awaited from Samsung is the Galaxy Note 4. There have been several reports going on across the web suggesting different launch dates for the Galaxy Note 4 in India. Today, there appears to be some light on when the phablet will go on sale in different parts of the world.
Well, Samsung has silently published an infographic on its official Facebook page and this reveals that the Galaxy Note 4 will be released on October 10 in India. Besides India, other regions such as Germany and United Kingdom will also receive the phablet on the same date next week. Most of the other regions including North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia will be seeing the Galaxy Note 4 launch on October 17.
The Galaxy Note 4 is fitted with a 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and a pixel density of 571 pixels per inch. The device comes in two variants – an Exynos octa-core mode and a quad-core Snapdragon one and there is no clear picture on which one will make its way into India. There is a 3 GB of RAM in both these variants of the phablet along with 32 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded by another 128 GB via a micro SD card.
The photography department is enriched with a 16 MP Sony IMX240 camera sensor coupled with optical image stabilization and dual LED flash for enhanced performance. It is capable of recording 4K UHD videos at 30 fps. At the front, the phablet makes use of a 3.7 MP selfie camera that can make superior video calls and click stunning selfies.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 is given connectivity aspects including Wi-Fi, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS with GLOSNASS and 4G LTE for superior user experience. The phablet is incorporated with a 3,220 mAh battery that is coupled with Ultra Power Saving mode to provide a great backup to the newly launched device.
