Because of leaked details so far, we all made our mind that Sony’s nightmare in the smartphone sector is going to carry forward this year. If you are new to this epic battle between the game of thrones for smartphones then let me recap it for you and then I promise to unveil the surprise Sony may be cooking for all of us.
The Battle so far!
While we are all praising how gorgeous Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy S6 are, LG is all set to snatch the crown of best smartphone in 2015 with its G4 unveiling (in last week of this month), and HTC is moaning once again over its ‘not so good’ camera in One M9.
In that all cat fight, Sony has been forgotten. But, that’s not because of us (people with very short memory), rather, it’s on Sony itself.
People on earth have given their best chance to make the Xperia flagship their beloved tech powered pet, but Sony always manages to stay behind in competition.
Do I’ve to recap how good Xperia Z looked during its initial months? But did it manage to hold the crown of best smartphone? No, right? And the same story is repeated every year.
Now in 2015, the story is expected to get at its worst. And Sony fans can blame Samsung for that.
Yes, Samsung, because it copied the concept of putting the glass on the rear panel from Sony. Remember, Xperia Z or Z Ultra rear panel?
Now, since we all got a better option than Xperia Z which is also featuring eye-catching design, why we will even care for what’s Sony is coming with?
And, also don’t forget how good LG G4 is looking so far, which is even better in Samsung Galaxy S6 for the moment (read G4 vs S6, comparison with details so far).
Let’s just forget about all these for a moment and Sony another chance, just a little one, and we will see if it deserves any better or not. Ready?
Forget the Xperia Z4 – Sony is coming with Xperia Z3 Neo
That’s the surprise! According to a recent tweet from @vizileaks, Sony is having different plans for the recent event which is expected to happen this month.

Sony E6553 is the model leaked so far, and we barely have anything left to know about it, thanks to numerous leaks.
Till now we were expecting it to be the 2015 flagship, but, the story seems to be different.
Ok, now what? Just a change of name? Where is the surprise in it?
Well, if this new nomenclature comes true then we may have two different stories coming towards us.
First – If the upcoming device is Xperia Z3 Neo, then that’s going to be just an upgraded version of previous year flagship device.
No doubt, the pictures leaked so far also claims this statement because there is hardly any difference in the rumored device and previous year flagship.
So, this leaked information can save us from getting actually surprised at the event.
Second – Just like HTC did a launch of One M9+ in India yesterday and cleared that original One M9 won’t be available in the country, Sony may have similar plans under the hood.
That clearly means that Xperia Z4, the expected 2015 flagship can be stupendous (extremely impressive).
Also, the launch event of this existing device in the rumor factory, is expected to be on April 20, that’s right, Next Monday!

Just like I wanted to save BlackBerry, then Nokia, I have the same feeling for Sony. These brands were first to introduce me with a featured mobile phone and internet on the go.
