You may have forgotten the Xperia P smartphone, and that’s ok! The device was launched in 2012, featuring a metallic body in an arc shape, thus making it comfortable to rest in the palm. I’m still having mine running on Jelly Bean at this time, and I still prefer using it because of its quality build and design.
For all those users like me, who always praised the Sony work and want this Japanese brand to go further in future, a good news is making its way.
Surprisingly, a Chinese website has confirmed the existence of all new Sony Xperia P2. These are still rumours so we advise you not to take this writing as confirmation as we yet to hear it from one or more genuine sources, which will take few weeks, or maybe months.
The main attraction of the device as reported, is the comeback of that transparent band, which was originally there in the Xperia P and many other smartphones launched at that time.
The original device run on a dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, which was a whopping set of specs at that age. Yes, it feels like we have crossed about a decade because of so fast advancement in specifications area.
So, no doubt the all new Xperia P2 is going to have the same metallic build with slight arc on the back. The device is definitely going to be powered by the latest generation of flagship chipset i.e. Snapdragon 810 chipset or higher. The camera unit can be easily having more than 12MP sensor while the front selfie centred unit will also be there.
To be honest, it is still very early to talk about the specifications of this device, and I recommend you to wait for a while. If the device is really in work, then soon we will have more images and confirmed specifications flowing through the web.
I’m in with buying this device, because of its design and unique presence. What about you?
