Karbonn is all set to launch a budget smartphone called Titanium S12 Delite that has been spotted online for a tempting price tag of Rs 4,469. This price positions the smartphone in the entry-level segment making it compete with the rest in this segment.
The Karbonn Titanium S12 Delite is a dual SIM smartphone running on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It is bestowed with a 4.3 inch WVGA TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. The handset is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor of unspecified chipset that is backed by 512 MB of RAM.
The storage department is pretty standard with a mere 4 GB of inbuilt storage capacity that can be further expanded using a micro SD card up to 32 GB. There is a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing VGA selfie camera for basic video conferencing. Other goodies of the Karbonn Titanium S12 Delite include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a paltry 1,600 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Karbonn ST72 has been spotted on the e-commerce portal Snapdeal carrying a price tag of Rs 6,800. This slate comes with dual SIM support and it supports 3G connectivity for voice calling.
In terms of specifications, this tablet from Karbonn boasts of a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. Powering the ST72 is a 1.3 GHz dual core processor that is backed by 512 MB of RAM. The storage aspects of the slate are pretty identical to those of the Titanium S12 Delite with 4 GB of default storage space and additional memory capacity up to 32 GB.
The dual SIM ST72 tablet flaunts a 3.2 MP primary camera at its back and a VGA front facer for clicking selfies. Connectivity wise, the slate packs in aspects such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and is energized by a 2,800 mAh battery.
