You may like it or not, but LG isn’t spamming the web with its upcoming G4 leaks and teasers. We have already experienced this level of leaks and rumour roundups when it comes to any flagship since 2013 (or maybe before).
Today itself, we first updated you with a video displaying UX 4.0 of the device, followed by a report coverage that tips the device to have a 3000mm curved display. And now, more visuals have leaked with some specifications which weren’t known (or confirmed) before.
In the series of pictures that has surfaced in Iran, the device being shot is clearly the upcoming G4. There is a marginal bezel at the chin, as the Android native controllers are software controlled and located on the display.
The interesting thing here is that the model surfaced in these pictures have total four controls. The other three are known to everyone, but the fourth one is new and it is for Dual SIM cards management.
I have no doubt in confirming that this fourth controller won’t be part of the device which will be set for the global market, rather it will be specifically for the Iran. LG may roll out this dual SIM version for some countries as well, including India.
Apart from these pictures and a confirmation of the existence of dual SIM variant the device, few more specifications manage to the surface, some of which are fresh.
LG G4 will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset which will possess hexa-core CPU based on 64-bit architecture. The Adreno 418 GPU will also be part of. 3GB of RAM, along with microSD card slot will be on board.
The display size measures 5.5inch holding a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels (2k) with a pixel density of 534 ppi. LG has already teased that the device will have Quantum IPS display.
16MP and 8MP camera units were also confirmed earlier, and LG has also confirmed few of its promotional offers for South Korea.
So folks, these were the details confirmed in this recent leak. And, I hope they were good enough to silent your large appetite for this device.
If you wish to get a trial unit of G4 before it gets available for anyone, then participate in the Consumer Experience Program LG rolled out earlier.
