Micromax Canvas Selfie Lens Launched at Rs. 8,299

Micromax has been launching and working on increasing its device collection. After the launch of the Canvas Selfie the company has released its Canvas Selfie Lens Smartphone, priced at Rs. 8,299.Micromax Canvas Selfie Lens

The new device by Micromax will come with bundled data offer from Vodafone which will offer up to 500MB 3G data free for the initial 2 months. The phone comes with a clip-on wide-angle lens. Micromax stated that the phone will be available via online and offline stores in Champagne, White and Moondust Grey colour variants.

The company has been highlighting on the lens and stated that device’s bundled 0.4x clip-on wide-angle lens will allow users to click better pictures.  This isn’t the first selfie-focused phone by the company. Micromax earlier this year in February launched the Canvas Selfie which was its first selfie-focused phone.

The firm along with this claims the highlight of the Micromax Canvas Selfie Lens are its filters and presets settings for taking photos. The settings also includes the face beauty mode. The phone offers an 8-megapixel rear camera along with Sony sensor and LED flash. The device has a 5-megapixel front camera.

The Canvas Selfie Lens is powered by the 1.3GHz Quad-Core (unspecified chipset) processor along with a 1GB RAM. Running on Android 5.0 Lollipop the phone is dual-SIM device (GSM+GSM).

This features a 5-inch HD IPS display (1280×720 pixels) along with the corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. One of the highlights of the phone is that the Micromax Selfie Lens packs an 8GB in built memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Canvas model is powered by a 2800mAh battery which can deliver up to 9 hours of talk time and 374 hours of standby time. The connectivity options on Canvas selfie Lens which includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/EDGE and 3G.
