From sometime there has been wide speculation about the rumored calling feature of Whatsapp. Well here is the good news for all the android users. The Whatsapp calling feature has finally arrived and is open for all the android users. Whatsapp is using a unique invite window system to activate this calling feature. Invite window was opened to some users but it was closed before other users can activate it. But this time it open for several hours. Like other VoIP apps there is call button in the app interface.

To avail this calling feature you have to update your Whatsapp to latest version which is (V 2.11.561) and get a friend with Whatsapp calling feature already enabled call you on Whatsapp. Recently Whatsapp has rolled out its web version. With this new feature introduced Whatsapp has already crossed the 1 billion install mark on Google PlayStore. Currently this calling facility is available to android users only.
