Today, ZTE has made headlines in the Indian tech media with the launch of the ZTE V5 smartphone in country. The handset is priced at Rs 10,999 and it is claimed to be exclusively available via online retailer Snapdeal. The handset has a slew of highlights for its pricing and here we detail all its aspects.
When it comes to the specifications, the ZTE V5 sports a 5 inch IPS OGS display that carries a HD screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels translating to a pixel density of 293 ppi. On the raw hardware front, the smartphone is stuffed with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is aided by 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 305 graphics engine to handle the multi-tasking and graphics requirements of the users.
In terms of storage, the device running on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system features a low 4 GB of internal storage capacity that can be extended externally by another 32 GB using a micro SD card. Other goodies onboard include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS for a seamless connectivity and a 2,400 mAh battery.
On the imaging front, the ZTE V5 receives accolades for the great camera set it includes. This camera set combines a 13 MP primary snapper and a 5 MP front-facing camera.
